I escaped the fire in Paradise and needed a medication refill. Went to the clinic in Central Point. Was told that I had to wait until November. This was a medication vital to my health. The clerk became abusive. Contacted customer relations, no apology there and no attempt to remedy the situation. I got treated wonderfully at Asante. No Love of God at Providence. Beware.
The worst experience with medical ‘professionals’ I have yet encountered. Completely unprofessional, compassionless and disrespectful. In addition, my personal information was not protected as it should be. My personal information made public by a receptionist shouting Instructions to me across a waiting room full of people, divulging private information; and another unnecessarily insisting I give personal medical information verbally with other patients present in the waiting room. Disappointing to say the least.
Can't see a Doctor till September. Are you kidding me?
