We've been with Larry and his team for over a dozen years. What strikes me most about these folks is their punctuality and professionalism...ALWAYS. It doesn't matter when I send a question - I get a response easily within 12 hours, and most of the time, much sooner than that. The customer service is exceptional.

I've been with the Larry Thompson agency for almost 3 years. Everyone in the agency is super knowledgeable, helpful and patient. When my wife and I first came in we had Geico car insurance with hardly any coverage. We were able to get 10x the coverage (literally went from 25k to 250k) plus an umbrella policy for about the same price. We also have our home and rentals with the agency and they have great coverage and add ons for those as well. I wish I had been with the Larry Thompson agency from the very beginning!

Really happy with my insurance agent and the service I get from them in regards to what I pay.nnI have had a rough go with my adjuster out of state, but this has nothing to do with this agency. The agency is awesome and friendly. If someone goes with AmFam, I would recommend getting their policy from this agency.
