I've lived here for 2 years, and hope to never leave. John and Sandy are fantastic managers, and my neighbors are great. Nice and clean, quiet, and a wonderful location. Rates are great. Sure do miss those pre covid bbq's and holiday pot lucks! John and Sandy worked hard on those. Hope to get them back soon!

Traveling across the great state of Oregon we called at the last minute for a spot in Brookings for our Airstream. Sandy called us back and said she would make a space for us in their overflow spot - which I thought would be sub-par but as it turned out was awesome. Lots of room around us and John was super cool by lending us a few things we were lacking to properly hook everything up.nPark and restroom could not have been any cleaner. Just had a great experience and thought that John and Sandy run a very tight ship. Super happy with our stay. Thanks to our fellow Montanans.nnGo CATS!!!nnKelly & Shirley

Very clean. They work very hard to make the place comfortable. Didn't like that we had to pay for showers though. The price to stay was rather high as well.

Clean, friendly , attentive managers. Walking distance to beach, port, restaurants.
