Advantage Dental is not like your typical dental office the care team they have there are very friendly, patient and really project positivity. The compassion they show made me feel like there was nothing to fear and as oral health can be a sensitive issue they really make you feel like there is nothing to be ashamed of, my experience was wonderful and I came away knowing more about how to maintain my oral health. Thank you to all of the Advantage Dental team for a wonderfully gentle experience.
This was my first visit and everything went well. Front office was great. Cassidy who did my x-rays was super and Becky, who did my cleaning was wonderful. A good experience all around!
The entire staff at Advantage Dental is extremely helpful and friendly. It is immaculately clean and they follow the CEC guidelines very effectively! Tía is very knowledgeable and very friendly. I highly recommend them for your dental needs.
Only had positive experiences in their Medford office. Their dentists seem to know what their doing. I havent had any problems with the office staff either. As a matter of fact i want to give special thanks to Beckey,Maranda, and Cyd for being so nice and helpful to me today. Yesterday i was helped aslo by a sweet , helpful assistant i just didn't get her name. Thank you all for keeping it all going through these times.
Had a filling done by the office in Eagle point in march. Called this office the next day saying something was wrong. Told me to wait.. So I did. A month later I was 22 weeks pregnant and in agony. Couldnt eat, couldnt drink, and my face was swollen. Went in and was told to wear a mouth gaurd because I grinded my teeth... Didnt help much. Went BACK in.. Took an x ray was told I had nothing wrong with my tooth and they did a filling and a chip fixing on my front tooth. Broke the chip fixing off within a day and the back of my tooth is still very ragged and sharp from the filling. Hurts to floss it, also floss gets caught on the filling on the front side of my tooth from the filling not being shaved down. Went to a different office after calling EVERYWHERE in the valley.. Coming to find out... My nerve had died and it was INFECTED in the tooth I had called about/got xrays on. I WILL NEVER recommend going to the dentist here. If yall ever need someone to ACTUALLY listen to you about your issues.. Dont go here. I lived in pain.. Barely any food/water WHILE PREGNANT for a month and a half all because they refused to actually listen and said my symptoms didnt make sense. So thanksud83dude12
