Medford City Municipal Court

I am a single mother that lost her employment during the pandemic. I asked the judge if they could please lower the fine so that I can try to afford it. I stated I had to watch my daughter during the day because of the school system is out and is making it harder to find employment at this time for me. They lowered it from $160 to $130. I just want to take the time to thank this department for helping there citizens in this difficult time. They really do have us at heart, not money!!! My daughter and I will suffer this next 2 months. Thanks for your consideration Jackson County.

Take in all receipts because they will say you owe more than the previous amount on tickets

After sitting in court and seeing the judge dismiss tweaker case and domestic and only fine none locals or to tourists. Definitely some shifty things going on here
