I'm so thankful that God put me in this church and under the ministry of Pastor Perkins. I've been helped and strengthened. The preaching and teaching of the word is top notch. The people are close knit and show the love of Christ. If you're looking for a church in which to raise your family, we'd love for you to visit.

My first experience at this church started in 2003. My husband and I were married here, and baptized in Jesus name. Since 2003 we have witnessed so many changes. The changes that have happened in the last few years have been the greatest! When Pastor Perkins and his wife took over things improved immensely. They have been so good to all of us. They are increadibly knowledgeable, and their love for God and his word are inspiring. They have helped my family so much. I am very grateful to have them in our lives. I love my church family they are all such a blessing. If you are looking for a church where the pastor won't compromise the word of God, if you are looking for both spirit and knowledge, this church is amazing! Everyone is welcome here and loved.

So 1 out of 5 people have something negative to say about this church...I can tell you my experience has been the same as everyone else that has positive things to say about this church. Roger Perkins and his lovely wife, Katrina have done NOTHING but good for this church. Pastor Perkins teaches biblical truth which rubs against people's carnality. Instead of letting God's word work in their heart they lash out at the messenger. Seems like a matter of the soul the word falls on not a matter of the truth being taught. Pastor Perkins assumed a church that was in shambles and needed guidance and he MORE than filled the roll. Myself AND my family have grown and thrived under his leadership. Katrina Perkins has the voice of an Angel and is one of the kindness, gentlest people I know. I've watched them both be attacked but have never retaliated... They are good, God loving Christians. Come experience it for yourself!

I have been attending this church for 3 years now and my life has never been the same. I came as a homeless single mother working in fast food and on this day I'm a home-owning wife and mother working in the medical billing field.nnThough it is all God that the glory is owed to the guidance and love from pastor Roger Perkins and his absolutely AMAZING wife Sister Perkins has helped me every step of the way. Their journey taking over this church has been anything but easy and yet they stay and fight for the members.nnThe knowledge he has of the word and the encouragement we get to study rather than to live ignorantly is a refreshing change from other churches of similar faith that I have attended or spoken with the members of.nnI wouldn't choose any other church to raise my family or any other person to help guide us closer to God.
