Starbucks always has great service. I have noticed the dark roast dose not taste the same as it has. Sumatra is my favorite. I sure wish the world do away w there likes place NASTY. And they only brew dark roast till 10am WHY?

Definitely disappointed. After spending my entire break from work in line and ordering I get to the window only for them to be “out” of my order. At 11am. Like really. Not cool. Won’t be spending my money there anymore.

Unbelievably bad service today. Employees were disorganized and they took nearly 15 minutes to get our mobile order ready once we arrived. We chose to go through the drive through to pick up our order. After watching them remix our drinks twice, the employee (assuming shift manager....brunette with tattoos) opened the window and told me to “relax dude, we are training new people, have a nice day.” My wife and I were just sitting in our vehicle....no words or actions came from us to deserve to be talked to like this. A simple “sorry for the wait” would have been appropriate and would have been well received. I guess Starbucks does not need our business any longer. Plenty of other coffee options to choose from.

I know it's not the best coffee. But it's convenient .with covid I can run in grad one of there three coffees run out.while the line is in the same place ordering there soy milky latte with sprinkles and whipped cream. Then I come back threw later for .50c. refill.

Easy parkingnLocated in parking lot of Southern Oregon orthopedicsn(Two excellent food trucks right there. Very highly recommend both trucks)nnStarbucks..Drive thru, outdoor seating. Great staff.
