Buffalo Wild Wings

I love this place. It has a fun, casual open atmosphere, but not so laid back that I feel like it's no different than eating at home. Most places I can find a drink or maybe two that is good, but I enjoy the beers on tab and a variety of the mixed drinks they offer.

Horrible experience. We understand COVID-19 has affected everyone; however, when you take reservations and only allow so many people into a restaurant that they should be pushing out hot quality food. That was not the case. Food was very disappointing for the price. They act like they have an amazing produce but I felt like I could have had better at sonic. Fried pickles tasted like it has freezer burn. Kids mac n cheese was not cheesy for $7.29. Our dine in bundle had carrots and celery just thrown on the tray and we had to ask for ketchup 3 time so our kids could eat their dinner. Bathrooms were disgusting. We were done waiting at our table for our ticket so we started walking up to the register and our waiter tried to accuse us of not paying. We will not be back!!!

Had to wait to be seated because of Covid restrictions of 50 patrons at a time. Had the 12 wing with fries and a beer. Service was great, beer was cold and the wings were moist and flavorful. It was great to be back in a restaurant!

Had to 5 star.nBetween missing a few pieces of food from different plates to getting the wrong order of wings (someone else's close to our order); the customer service was AMAZING!! They fixed our orders without having an attitude. They definitely made it so that we would be back in the future. Shout out to the manager who was in the kitchen cooking our food!

Honestly, this was one of the worst meals I’ve had in a while. The wings were so dry they were borderline inedible and came with hardly any sauce. One of the wings didn’t even look like a wing, it looked like a mutilated bone with a little bit of meat on it. If we didn’t live 40 minutes from town I would have taken the whole thing back and gotten the $65 I totally wasted and gone somewhere else that actually makes good food. When I’m spending that much money at a place that charges an arm and a leg for their meals, I expect the food to resemble the price! Needless to say, I will NEVER go to this Buffalo Wild Wings again. The next time I want wings I will either make them myself, or just go to Domino’s. At least they taste good and don’t cost as much.
