Whiskey River Cafe & Lounge

After not eating here for about 5 years, a friend and I decided to go to brunch yesterday.Wouldn't you know, we had a first day on the job for a bartender. I ordered a Bloody Mary and told her how I like mine. Just tomato juice, vodka, and lime. No salt. After quite a long wait, we finally got our drinks. She made the Blood Mary her way, not mine. I could only drink a couple of sips and just couldn't drink it. I was nice to her about it, and she did end up taking a whole dollar off my bill!!

My fiancee and I love eating breakfast here. Great cook and the waitresses are great and the food is good too. I usually get hash browns and eggs. The hash browns are always cooked perfect. I'm very picky about my eggs and usually get them over medium and yes they are done perfectly as well. My fiancee usually gets the chicken fried steak and he says that Whiskey River is better than most when it comes to that! I hope this helps. You should really go and check it out for yourself. We had an awesome time doing karaoke. Amber, the bartender, is friendly and the drinks are heavily loaded. We will be returning very soon!

Great staff and great food. Lots of pool tables and video gaming while you wait for the awesome food. Staff are real people , down to earth. Personable, polite and there to provide a decent service that one can truly enjoy. Whether by yourself or with a group spectacular service with a smile. Thank you Whiskey River
