Not sure why these reviews are so horrible. My son has been seeing Dr. Hawthorne for over two years and he is absolutely amazing and caring. He makes my son feel comfortable and it's an enjoyable experience for him. Hes a great doctor!

I went to their urgent care/walk in clinic at noon today, was informed the Doctors would be back from lunch at 2 p.m. I returned at 2 and filled out papers and turned them in. I was called to an exam room at 3 p.m. at 3:30 I had not seen a Doctor so I left.

Not only did they fail to complete a referral to one of their own doctors, but they lied to me to get me to schedule more appointments while I did not have insurance, they said they could charge my new insurance and everything would be fine. Now they sent me to collections over their lies. I was supposed to see dr Taylor but he decided to take off early and not tell his patients... I sat in the waiting room over an hour past my scheduled time before they let me know. I wish I had something good to say here but they're full of piss here.

The waiting times are long, and the minutes with the physician physically present are short. Some times workers decide to just go home and not even call to inform you your appointment has been canceled. Often their computer system is down and they claim to call you to reschedule within a few hours but may actually call a week later. The front desk will handle complaints in a professional manner but I rather doubt any are communicated with the rest of staff. I've only been there 4 times but it was never a quality experience.

The doctor overexagerates his homosexuality off and on as if showing signs of a personality disorder, and maybe a few screws loose.nMy son went in for a torn rotator after working at the gym. This doctor diagnosed an infection gave him antibiotics, with no blood test. Tried to force an injection which my son refused, knowing he just hurt his rotator at the gym.nThe corner drug filled his prescription but the pharmisist advised not to take it.nParents please do not allow your child to be seen alone!!!
