Dr. McDougall is by far the best doctor I have ever been to.nOn the first visit he cured my sleep problems that I’ve had for over 20 years.nThe second visit he suggested I change my diet. He got very specific as to what I should or shouldn’t eat and at first I was hesitant but he was so right about my sleep issues I decided to trust him and give it a try.nThe food is very good and I started noticing some changes just three days into it.nI am four weeks into it now and I love it.nI’m sure there’s changes that I’m not even aware of yet but here are some of the very noticeable ones.nnDay three. No more having to get up at night and use the restroom. Some mornings I swear I hadn’t moved all night.nnDay four.
