Went to the Central Point Branch to cash a check that was issued to me from one of there clients when this ankle biter intercepted me to ask questions. He proceeded to tell me the check I wanted to cash was $500 over their limit of cashing checks for non customers and that I could deposit into my own bank and wait days for the money to be available. I proceeded to tell him the check was issued by Chase's customer and I was not interested in finding out days later that the check was good. I went out of my way to come into the Central Point branch and collect my money. He proceeded to tell me it was Chase's policy and I was out of luck. Instead of making a scene I decided to leave and drove clear across town to a different branch where there did not seem to be a problem cashing the check.nI would like to say thank you to the Center drive branch :-)nnWhen a bank refuses to issue your money to you it is time to stop using that bank.
No one knows how to do their job.
This is a friendly and professional branch. Easy access and plenty of parking right in the heart of downtown Central Point.
Most of the time they won't answer the phone, very frustrating
