Oxenfrē Public House

If I could I wouldn't give this place 1 star. While trying to be seated you can clearly hear the hostess on the phone telling someone they can save them a table and call them when it's ready, no problem. You can see people sitting out in the deck. When asked what I needed, I asked for a table and was told that it's take out only. No problem other then the Website that says updates weekly states dine in and take out. No where does it say reservations only. Guess it must be a place where you have to know someone to get seated.

Great place to have dinner and drinks. My wife stayed in Brookings for the weekend and couldn't have asked for a better place to start our weekend. Food is delicious and generous portions.nDrinks are great!

This place never disappoints with the best Ruben in Brookings (or maybe anywhere). And the pub fries are addicting. Great bar drinks too so try the Jane's Addiction (especially if you like their music) Everything is good so keep coming back to try it all.
