It is a rare thing that I give 5 stars, but the service I received for my first ever visit on 9/1/2020 was exceptional! Nick was very courteous, efficient and cleaned my windshield without being asked to do so. (I remember in the good old days that was a service provided with a fill every time.)
my hope is that management read this. Statistically, for every single good review a business gets, they will get 55 negative reviews. this is because unhappy people tend to be louder than happy people. Considering the very low rating I see here on Google combined with the fact that I am here to add to the negative reviews, I would hope management might start thinking about putting their employees through a little customer service training. I am a surgical nurse who just pulled into town this am, relocating to the area to see if i can do a small part to help keep the community safe and your hospital financially viable. I just completed a very long trip a day early, and my house will not be ready until tomorrow. I have an RV, so plan on dry camping tonight. I went to the station in my truck rv was left at camping location.) I backed in next to the hose with a 20 gallon container and a 5 gallon container in the back of my truck to get some water for the evening. I hadn’t even turned the hose on before a bearded employee rushed out to scold me, asking if i had “asked anyone if i could get water.” of course, he knew i hadn’t-this was just his way of approaching me and setting up for the lecture that followed.nhe decided to be a “nice guy“, and let me have the 25 gallons of water after he was satisfied he had put me in my place about getting water that I hadn’t asked for at a gas station. Rhetorical question-had my truck been overheating would have needed to ask to use the hose to put water in my radiator? Anyways, I would recommend going to YouTube and pulling up a training video on customer service called “give them the pickle“ by Mr. Farrell of Ferrells ice cream. he’s a multi millionaire and now goes around to corporate training sessions teaching people how to give good customer service. He talks about his ice cream stores, and I have been worried employee charge the customer for extra pickles with their burger. He ran into this gentlemana few years later, and learned that this gentleman had not been back to a Ferrells ice cream since that day. The customer had enjoyed having parties and events throughout his life and now with his kids and until that day was a loyal customer. The money the store lost from just that one customer easily exceeded the cost if a few occasional pickles. when people feel they’re treated well edit business, they return and they become loyal customers. It only takes one bad event lose lose a customer for life. In my case, I made great money and drive a gas guzzling Dodge ram. I value great customer, and very well may have become a loyal customer to you. Now I will never buy anything from your station. There are people who will read this review and perhaps they will pass by as well. you’re rude employee seemed to be afraid if you let one customer take 25 gallons of water for their RV, then everybody will want water for their RV. You shouldn’t stop and think about that concept. It is highly unlikely he that RVs will be lined up to get water and never enter into the store to buy something while they’re there. A lot of RVs Come through this town, you would do well to attract them to your station. Whether they stay or just pass through if you set them up with good customer service and they can visit your station again in the future, they will! come through this town, you would do well to attract them to your station. Whether they stay or just pass through if you set them up with good customer service and they can visit your station again in the future, they will!Or, you can keep scaring a new potential customers down the road to a station who understands good customer service. At the end of the game, my bets are on the other guy to live in a bigger house with fancier cars and a great reputation! And with that I’m stepping down off my soapbox. Best of luck!
The employees were extremely rude and disrespectful. They were rude and talking about me as I walked around the store. Was very obnoxious about the bathroom policy and then as I was trying to get something they said it had to be 3 dollars or more. They were rude old white men. Absolutely horrible.
Friendly attendant today; we’re in Oregon so they pump the gas!
Rudiest employees ever. Left their open sign up then yells at me that the lights are off they are closed rudely. Like Every time I come here they are the rudiest snobbiest people. Wasteful place. Done trying to go to this place. Hoping they would get nice employees eventually
