Showed them 2 forms of ID, my drivers license, a Chase credit card and provided a couple signatures. Still didn't want to give me my money from a savings account. Said they couldn't verify my identity. Gave them a third signature and was asked what I planned on using the money for! It's a couple thousand dollars of my money, what's it matter how I plan on spending it. Finally, after a huge hassle they processed my withdraw. Done banking with Chase. Shouldn't be like pulling teeth to get YOUR money back.
The staff is always friendly & nice. Walter has always been extremely helpful. I would recommend this bank & the branch in Brookings to anyone. You guys are the best!
