I would NOT recommend this pet store. Save yourself time, money, stress and head to a different store. - and reply to the owner. I have been in your store and it was an awful experience. My incident involved the purchase of a puppy that had all kinds of health problems that I was assured “would be taken care of” once they were discovered soon after purchasing. You gave me the run around and stifled any remedy to the situation. I presented vet bills and all of the reports you requested. I paid thousands for the dog and it cost me many more thousands after I had purchased to care for its health issues. You’re running a scam shop.

Love the attitude and friendliness of the staff, just wish there was more reptile options but I understand that covid has impacted it alot too.

I have never had an issue with Tracey or Carson’s Critters. There have been times where I have gone in the store multiple times a day, every day, for a week or two straight to bond with an animal I’m planning on buying from her. She is super sweet and knowledgeable. She has a certain spark in her voice when she talks about the animals she has and recommends good products! Never in the years I’ve been coming into this store have I ever found a “dead animal” or “puppies surrounded by their own feces”, BUT sometimes animals may have accidents, ESPECIALLY puppies and kittens.nShe typically runs the store by herself with not much help and sometimes when you’re helping a customer check out, you aren’t immediately able to clean up after an animal. I, myself, have sat down and helped her clean up a litter of newborn kittens who had an accident and unknowingly walked through it. It’s not hard to be decent. Tracy is a very helpful person and has always been there for me and my family when needed! I will continue going here for many years to come! ❤ufe0f

Tracy, at Carson’s Critters, is absolutely fabulous! Her love for animals, is profound! We met our sweet Max 3yrs ago, at Carson’s Critters and have been absolutely smitten ever since! The store offers everything you need to take care of your sweet pets! I highly recommend stopping in for a visit! ♥ufe0f
