This church is a bible preaching church 1st and foremost. But what really made me so very happy was that the people here are real! They are normal folks. No one claims to be better then someone else, they are all there because they all need Jesus just as much as I do. They are a very family oriented loving people. They were a tremendous relief to find when we moved here. I do not see my family belonging anywhere else. Its like coming home.

LBC is a Bible believing church and as such sermons are based on scripture. The people are just like family and are very welcoming. The music is a cross between traditional and contemporary, mostly traditional. If you attend church at Laurel Baptist Church, your soul will be fed and then you can share in the fellowship meal that follows every service to fuel your body.

Nice, average folks. Decent preaching. Surprisingly in-depth Bible study.
