Best urgent care experience ever! As a mom of two boys that play hard all the time, I have spent more time than I would like at urgent cares. The wait time was about 45 minutes and the care received was excellent. They directly billed my insurance too!!! I thought for sure that I would have to pay out of pocket but didn’t need to do so. The entire staff was cordial and genuinely concerned about my son. He broke his arm and they had him splinted up quickly. I’m glad that we came here instead of trekking down to the hospital. And, as an extra perk, they even have hot chocolate and tea in the waiting room! Very thankful for a great experience here considering our circumstances. I highly recommend coming here if you need medical care on the mountain.

We had an excellent experience. Sadly the results were what we thought they would be. Broken collar bone for my 12 year old. The nurses, X-ray tech and front desk staff were exceptional. Very grateful.

Staff is professional, friendly and very welcoming. Took a complete history, lots of questions until they fully understood the problem. Diagnosis and referral were handled on site. Very conservative approach.nHighly recommend B2, they took very, very good care of me. Completely satisfied.
