I bought a bunch of goodies to go. All were very tasty, but the key lime tart was absolutely mouth watering. The price was very reasonable and the store was very nice-looking and clean. If you’re making a stop in St. George and crave something sweet and yummy, I definitely recommend Kneaders. Hopefully one day when I’m back visiting Utah, I will have a go at those tarts again. Yum

A little disappointed today. I just ran in for a quick afternoon pick me up. The cinnamon roll would have been better if they would have warmed it up. I was the o my one in there so they weren’t busy. My drink took 15 minutes and was flavorless. A women came in and waited to be helped. She commented that it would be nice if they would at least acknowledge she was there. She had to wait until they made me drink and then they said hello.

So my work ordered me a Classic Cafe Sandwich with "Remove Kneaders Sauce" and when I got to work it had sauce. I took it back and Spencer made me a brand new one with no sauce. The cute blonde lady that helped me first and Spencer were nice to me. As Spencer gave me the new sandwich he also handed me a loaf of bread. Thank you, great Customer Service!!!

Usually great service, but this was not a good day. They were out of a product and the server said they might be making some...but never went to check. Then the restaurant was out of napkins, although they did later find some for us. As we were leaving, we noticed that the product we'd asked about was now in the display case. No one ever said anything. Food great; service not (at least today).

Sad to leave this review. But we've not been to kneaders ONCE and gotten our order the way it's supposed to be, over the span of YEARS! This time just tipped me over the edge. Placed our online order at 9:45 am. It said I'd be ready for curbside at 10:15. We showed up and sent the text. Finally at 10:30 the guy comes out with someone else's order and I tell him we haven't gotten ours yet. He comes out at 10:40 with part of our order(all we ordered was 2 croissants and 2 juices). A few minutes later He brought out our last drink..I looked at our croissant sandwiches and they were on 2 floppy pieces of sweaty bread. Apparently they ran out of croissants at 10 in the morning at a breakfast joint. 😒. Completely unimpressed with the sloppily put together sandwiches. They should have refunded us for the insanely long wait(no one was even there) and there lack of good service today and over the years.love the food when its done correctly but y'all need a customer service overhaul.
