I wish I could have gotten my home mortgage here. Unfortunately the loan officer Hillary Hanson was not on top of things and would rarely get back to me, so I had to go with a different lender that put some effort into it. If you want a home mortgage lender that puts you first and makes an effort for you, I wouldn't recommend this bank.

Needed a loan/line of credit after waiting almost a month with other lenders, received what we needed in just a few days. They still provide personal service that you expect from a smaller community.nnFor some Big Sky Western customers things may have been rocky, as with any merger, but it went smoothly for us. I think everyone just needed to be patient and let them figure out what was needed where, the training, forms and personnel ajustmentments completed. We were totally happy with BSWB, and now with First Security too.

I have banked at Security Bank for 7 years I just called to ask if they could fax something for me first time I've ever requested it and I was told they don't normally do that but I could come through the drive-thru and if they refused me there's nothing she could do that's great customer service how hard is it to fax something

I would advise any individual to not use this bank! Some of the people are OK but some of the people are very terrible people! Do not do any loan business with this bank unless you are absolutely sure that without a doubt you will qualify in all aspects. They basically let my wife and I get so far in to the point where they cost us $5000 of our hard earned saved money and then told us we wouldn’t qualify Because Of something very small and simple that they knew about from day one! I would never want to see another family Get hurt like that the way that we did! With rent prices in this town every $5000 saved is another mile stone! Please read this and please do yourself a favor and do not deal with this bank whatsoever my wife and I got a loan within 30 days after this with Fairway mortgage! These people do not care about you or your well-being! Have a great day

Wow used to be my favorite bank when it was big sky western, now it's long wait times for simple transactions and made up hours you cant go off what the website saysnnTalking about belgrade location four corners has good service
