Fantastic experience with this branch! Nick was incredibly kind and helpful, customer service makes all the difference in banking and the personal touch is much appreciated. Convenient location if you're traveling between Bozeman and Belgrade. Good work!!!
First Security Bank, hands down is the worst financial institution I have ever worked with in 37 years. They bad mouth other banking institutions, they have the poorest security, and customer service that I have ever been introduced to. Every time I enter the bank there are new faces and employees that are not trained in customer service or banking. My advice to everybody is to run from this facility. You are better off to keep your money in a safer facility like a shoe box in a public parking lot. Their poor customer service is costing them a large sum of money driving off many clients. There should be an option for zero stars, as it is what they deserve.
Could not be more disappointed. They would not notarize my vehicle title because i did not have an account with them. So i tried to open an account on the spot and they said i had to come back tomorrow. Won't be giving this bank my money!

Got transferred over from BSWB when they got bought. No reimbursements on ATM Fees, and basically no interest? Sigh. When I find a better bank I will be switching.
