Snake River Dermatology

There could be two categories of excellence, so that I could do this twice...there's a reason I'm willing to commute over to Ontario from NE Oregon.nnEver wonder why. too often, it's hard to get great professional care AND excellent customer service? I decided it's so that we can appreciate top-notch care when we need it, and when our friends need a great referral....which is why:nn...my endorsement of Snake River. PA Jock Perkins, PA-C and the other staff are the go-to choice for me, as I am getting older and dealing with all those great days in Florida.

And yes I have proof that I was there. It was the Fruitland one. I have my receipt from my copay and email and text for my appointment reminder. This was my first time coming here. When I first walked into the lobby, I was not greeted. I stood there for a couple minutes until the girl at the front decided to help me. Even then, She was extremely snotty. I sat down and filled out my paperwork and turned it in. While waiting to be called back, this girl was extremely rude to a customer over the phone. Even after hanging up, spoke very negatively about the customer and the call. The other girl at the counter walked to the back and the rude girl talked badly about her to the girl training. I was then called back. The only person nice to me was the lady that walked me to the room and checked me in. Even the doctor wasnt very friendly, and he didn't listen to my needs. I came for help, not to be brushed off. I was told to take a pill that could cause dry mouth and urination issues, because it was cheaper and insurance would at least cover that. I will not ever be returning here. I left shaking and almost in tears. The energy in the whole building was so negative and toxic. I will take my business elsewhere. I have the money to spend on what I need.

He helped me find a cure for my psoriasis that I have been dealing with for 7 years! I tried everything and couldn't get anyone to help me. I'm so glad I chose this dermatologist. Now I also trust them with my daughters skin too, they have always been so understanding and communicative! Would definitely recommend!

Very competent and efficient staff. I agree with other reviews that the medical care is great and the customer service is also top notch. Would highly recommend for all dermatology needs.

Absolutely love this place great people and great atmosphere thank you for taking ur time and I truly appreciate you and the fact u make me feel good and welcome definitely recommend this place was seen by heather for one my treatments and she’s a sweetheart.
