Three years ago I moved myself and my business to North Idaho. Scott has handled all my home, vehicle, watercraft and business liability insurance In addition I have referred many customers of mine to him. In an era where service seems to have deteriorated and become impersonal Scott and his team goes behind the call of duty, He ALWAYS answers the phone, is a great listener, is caring and responsive and just provides outstanding service with great integrity, I HIGHLY recommend him. The staff and Scott were great. Was trying to get business insurance, and though I wasn't able to get it through them, they were polite and professional and corteous throughout the process. Would highly recommend them to others.

Processed payment without permission on the day of Tranaction causing an overdraft fee. They still to this date no refund. I have not signed any paper work or even finalize anything and they unauthorized a payment causing me an overdraft and they refuse to refund or pay my overdraft.
