Healthcare With Heart

I am not impressed with this place at all. My father sees Ben barbot and he is a nice enough guy and down to earth.. he doesn't follow thru with anything . My dad has some medical issues we are trying to get to the bottom of and find out exactly what's wrong and Ben orders the tests , my dad had the testing done and we never hear from the office until we call to.find out that not once but twice they claim to not have gotten my dad's results. The girls upfront are rude and unwelcoming. They are always so behind for appointments. My dad had an appointment today at noon it's almost 2 PM and he still hasn't been seen. It's ridiculous and I wouldn't reccomend them to anyone. My dad has been here for over 2 years now and we have never had a good experience

What a great and knowledgeable doctor. He is extremely genuine with his practice and has unconditional love for all his patients, I am so lucky to have him as my doctor. I recommend for those folk shopping out there for the right doctor, doctor Ronald Carroll is the one!

Dr. Barbot is an amazing person! He genuinely cares about his patients and takes his time to get to know you so he can do his best to care for you. I've never had a better doctor!

Let me start by saying that Dr. Ben was nice. He has a good personality. The staff was all nice as well. But the professionalism and actual caring is something to be desired. As per Dr Ben’s request he asked me to keep him updated on a med change. It is impossible to do that when no one return’s your phone calls or reply’s to your messages through the patient portal or even the doctors cell phone that he gave me the number to. I tried to get in touch with someone several times. I understand that Doctors and nurses are busy with many patients, and I understand that they have patients with much worse health issues than mine. But I do have a medical problem and I was flat out ignored. Literally days would go by before I would hear from anyone (and the message on their voice mail says that they will get back to you in one day). The last time I left a message which was on a Monday I did not hear back. I had it. No one there cares!!!!! I found another doctor and scheduled an appointment with him.nThe Friday after I left my last message someone from Healthcare with heart called me, 4 days later, I didn’t answer and they didn’t even leave a message. Very unprofessional. The next Monday they called again and left a message. By this time I have already seen my other doctor, Health Care with Heart and Dr. Ben don’t need to bother with me anymore.
