Every single time I go in, they ask for my insurance card, they take it, scan it, then ask me for it again the next time. It's like they lose the scan or something! Why do they have to scan it every time? Anyway, went in with my daughter because she was having problems and they said she had to wait and make an appointment that was a month out. She needed a doctor's note for work but that wasn't going to work if they needed to schedule an appointment a month out. They are not helpful at all. They are way understaffed if you have to wait a month for an appointment. To top it off, if you need a referral for anything, you have to call them every week to make sure they have submitted it, otherwise you will wait for months if not years for that referral. They are just not on top of things at all. Any bloodwork results, you also have to call them every day to get the results.

Valley Family has always been able to see me in a timely manner. No long wait room. No harrassment about payment.

The nurse treated me like I had a infectious disease. She did not do her job. My blood pressure wasn't even taken. The doctor asked her how my vitals were and she said fine I didnt take them. I was billed for things that were never done by the nurse or the doctor. Called wanting to know why I was charged for treatment that never took place. It was sent to the complaint department, it has been a few days shy of a month and reply. I have called 3 times asking what is going on and still no reply. I have no problem paying for the treatment I received but I do have a problem paying a inflated bill. So if you go there pay close attention to your charges, or this will happen to you. Very dissatisfied how this is being handled. IT'S NOT they are treating it like it doesn't matter.AND IT DOES!!!

Front desk is always rude and unhappy. Makes you feel like you're a burden to them and they absolutely hate their job. Hire some enthusiastic energetic ladies

Wow!!! Ive never been treated here for anything and i now know why! What a joke i was on hold for 20 minutes talked to 3 different front desk ladies all extrememly rude and unprofessional! Called to get a covid test and all 3 had no answers just kept putting me on hold, the last one just hung up after she got my number and said a nurse will call you if you qualify for test then hung up. Literally didnt say bye i was still talking thank you! I feel bad for the people who come to this office.
