Kristin is amazing. I had a big mess that I couldn't figure out. She agreed that it was a challenge. It took her about 50 minutes to clean up my pile. I thought I was going to have to file for an extension, but no, she got me filed with the Feds and two states. I'm a happy boy. Definitely coming back.

They lost my paperwork just taking it to the copier and I was the only customer in there. Still haven’t gotten my return in over a month and I paid extra for direct deposit. I’ve used H&R before and thenOther locations weren’t near as incompetent.
