There needs to be chairs available outside.There will be a wait and senior's or people with injuries an can't stand for long periods.(myself) need something to sit on.. Thanks for listening.

Covered wait lines outside with very little social distancing due to long line! Employees aren't wearing masks behind the plexiglass but customers are asked to wear masks, remove for pics, put them back on. Elderly people struggle to stand in line for the long wait times. They could social distance inside and not be miserable.

Hit or miss in my experience. Before it used to be shorter lines and friendlier staff. I would even appreciate friendlier staff if I had to wait. Or shorter lines and rude staff but now its unfortunately both unfriendly staff and long lines. I will say they have gotten better about answering the phones though.

The younger dark curly haired female had a bad attitude. Tried at first to make small talk and she was rude about it...
