This is a great facility! The people are super-friendly and the place is clean. Pete Smith, PT, DPT took a broken down body and quickly diagnosed the issues and prescribed exercises and stretches that have me feeling brand new. I would definitely recommend Mountain Land Physical Therapy to everyone.

My experience was absolutely phenomenal. I selected Mountain Land Physical Therapy when I discovered it was in plan, but also at my Gym!nIn an accident 10 months ago, I had a class 3 shoulder separation. All I knew is that it hurt a lot and I couldn’t lift my arm over my head or reach behind my back. I let it go for about 5 weeks “hoping it would get better.” Silly me.nnI showed up with XRays for Dr. Mike Schow. He immediately confirmed the class 3 separation independently (I hadn’t described the analysis by the Doctor) and went to work!nnBy the end of the first session, Dr. Mike has restored about 40% of the range of motion lost. He was hopeful that I would regain it all, but duly noted it would take work and effort.nnThose I can do! I went everyday to do my shoulder exercises and twice weekly for a while with Dr. Mike. VERY quickly, I got back into my routine. 10 months later, I can now lift, over my head, 25lbs more than I could pre-injury. The exercises he gave were THAT good!nnI cannot imagine having gone 10 months without that life changing Physical Therapy. It’s worth the visits, and the work! Do it!

I been going to therapy with Mike Schow for the last 2 months on my neck. Haven't been able to turn it all the way for several years. Went to another therapist 2 years ago, helped a little but still never had full range of motion. Doctor sent me to therapy on my back and Mike got that fixed for me. Told him about my neck and he has been working on it and I have almost full range of motion now. He also showed me how to relax from all the stress in my every day life. He is very good at what he does, I recommend him very highly.
