Therapists are knowledgeable, staff is nice to work with, no complaints on that part. All in all, this isn't my kind of physical therapy office. Previously, I had been to another therapist where all the muscular work and exercises were performed by the actual doctor. Here, the doctor spends about 20 minutes with you scraping or massaging whatever ailments you have, then passes you on to their 'exercise specialists' where they finish off the session with you. Many of my visits I spent 5 minutes waiting for the doctor to call me back, 5 minutes waiting while the Dr explained the exercises to the 'exercise specialists', then finishing 5 minutes early. 15 minutes doesn't seem like a lot when spread out but when you're paying for it, it doesn't seem like you get your full hour monies worth. I also came in with two different notes of recommendations for two different problems I was having and they ended up just focusing on one of them.

I am so impressed with the whole staff here. They are attentive, kind, and professional. Shelby Hyde is an incredible PT. He is knowledgeable and listens well. He and Alec helped to get my shoulder and knee operating properly again. They work hard and I can tell they love the work that they do.

When I came to Boise I was in terrible pain and was told by my doctors that I would need therapy to help control my pain as I cannot take pain medicine . One of my doctors recommended Therapeutic treatments and referred me to this clinic. I found Matt and his team to be very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly . I highly recommend Matt and his team as I feel they have helped me to control my pain and have kept me from having to use a wheelchair.

Friendly staff, very knowledgeable! Shelby has improved a long-standing issue in 2 sessions. Looking forward to further treatments! Highly recommend. Flexible scheduling.

Matt Booth was a great help with developing my post-surgery plan. He is kind, knowledgeable, experienced, positive and encouraging. He offers a type of treatment not available from most physical therapists that I found very helpful in the past with recovering from a broken ankle and knee injury.
