Actually great customer service and a clean store. Sam made my checkout experience great.

I absolutely love this store. The employees are always nice, the atmosphere is welcoming, and their merchandise is so cool! The only thing that might be wrong is that it's packed so tightly, the walkways are a bit narrow and I kinda feel like I'm in the way just standing there. HOWEVER, that may just be my anxiety

I love the items in this store!! However, during this pandemic, they are only allowing a small number of people at a time into the store. Which I get. The problem is that half of that number are employees so the lines and the wait is terrible! They have helped this a little by putting a kiosk outside the store. So they are trying. We are all learning how to deal with this nightmare.

This will forever and always be my favorite Hot Topic. The team there is incredible. They make you feel welcome and wanted the second you walk in the store. They're always happy and commenting on things you like or want to buy.

I love Hot Topic so much! And hey, parents, I know it looks scary, but everyone who works there is super nice and will answer any questions!
