I called regarding my broken tooth and the the first person who answered the phone was very nice and helpful. We were disconnected and the second person answered and basically told me I could come in for a cleaning in three weeks. WOW!nnMy tooth breaks on Friday afternoon and I was hoping for an appointment Monday. So I inquired about emergency services. She didnt have time on Monday to deal with me and since I wasn't a patient i could come in for a cleaning in 2 or 3 weeks.nnI have since found a dentist to address my broken tooth that is only held together by a filling. I am glad too because it is starting to hurt. I could only imagine what it would feel like 3 weeks from now.nnI was amazed the reviews of this place were so good. I feel like I dodged a bullet.

Had a wonderful experience here as a new patient! Friendly receptionist, hygienist, and doctor! Beautiful RE done office with huge windows and views of trees as your getting your treatment! Highly recommend!

From my first appointment in March (just before the coronavirus hit!) and again for my follow up this month (with more than enough COVID-19 precautions!) I have been pleased with the professional, dedicated and friendly service provided by the staff, including their willingness to inform and support their patients. The location is relaxing too with the coloring trees and babbling stream right outside the windows! I would recommend them to all!

I have been going to mallard family dental for over six years now and I couldn’t be happier. I have had exceptional care, the staff is friendly and fun, plus you can’t beat the pleasant views from the chair! I came to my first appointment after years of no dental visits and they didn’t shame me or make me feel bad, they just got to work on helping me get my dental health back on track. I got every six months for a cleaning and have had a couple of bigger procedures and I can’t imagine being as loyal to any other dentist.

Very professional, modern and clean. The staff members are great and go the extra mile. Have been going there for years.
