They don't care about anyone especially employees or former employees. They retaliate against everyone especially the residents. Good Samaritan is not a retirement home or a good nursing home. If you value your loved ones drop off your loved ones anywhere else but good Samaritan Society. Because you'll regret it later when you find out that they are not being cared for. And the management is quick to throw you under the bus reguardless of the situation to make employees look bad. And residents cared ones too under the bus because all they really care about is that promotion and nobody. And the management are belligerent each day you'll ever work. It proves that management are extremely unprofessional and belligerent. And the administration discriminates against anyone weather it's a employee or a resident. Not a good place to be employed at.

This place is awful! If you wanna drop a love one off to die this is your place. Everyday we had to remind the staff members how to care for my grandma. From giving her food she couldn't chew to giving her medication she couldn't swallow. They made my grandma feel like a burden when she needed help. The room she was staying in was gross. The Poop stain in the middle of the floor was a awesome extra. We brought in a nice comforter for her and we never got home with it.

I did my internship at the Good Samaritan. I loved it! The staff truly care about the residents and the residents love being there. The staff do all they can to make sure residents are well taken care of and feel at home. I recommend doing an internship at the Good Samaritan! You’ll learn a lot and get to see what it means to be family away from family.

The correct address is 840 E Elva in Idaho Falls, Idaho.nnBest job I have ever had. I make such a difference in people's lives. I am well taken care of and given the freedom to do a fantastic job for the company. The society has been caring and loving folks for almost 50 years in this community. That says a lot about how stable we are. Our competion is no better than us. We are all just trying to do the best we can on a daily basis. Check out Good Samaritan before you make a final decision where to go for fully skilled nursing care.
