All the kiosk were down and none of the employees knew why or even cared to find out why! Lousy service!

Placed an online order of 1 picture that was supposed to be ready within a week. It wasn't. No update was given as to why, just that there had been a delay in delivery...it was an in store pick up order... so that's awkward. It's now been two weeks and I still have no updated information. I've tried calling them and the line rings with no answer and then went to hold where I have been waiting ever since, over fifteen minutes, even though 'my call is very important and will be routed to the next available associate'. It's a nice sentiment, but time still counting, I'm beginning to have my doubts about the accuracy of all aspects of that statement.

Be prepared to have to page someone to help you and then wait a good amount of time for someone to show up. They tend to be disorganized and not sure of products.
