Norco has just recently changed locations. This new location is much bigger and they have a great show room. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are Very willing to help you try to meet medical equipment needs.

Garth, Hector & Amanda were great working on old wheelchair & navigating the paperwork for the new wheelchair. Garth adjusted the new wheelchair for a great custom fit!

I went in frustrated with my doctor's office. Sarah at Norco calmed me down. She was so sweet. They didn't have the size of walking boot I needed so she made phone calls until she found one. Her manager picked it up in Blackfoot and brought it back. Sarah helped me safely to my car. I went in upset and came out happy and feeling like Sarah really cared.

We have been using Norco Medical for over 10 years. Their service has been outstanding. Nicci has taken great care of my wife and I. We appreciate her hard work.

I received most exceptional help from Nicci at Norco, Idaho Falls. I have had a terrible time getting used to my c pap machine, yet she has been most helpful in finding the right adjustments and right mask that works for me. I do appreciate all the help.
