After contacting several attorneys while looking for one to assist me I chose John because I appreciated his honest and soft spoken demeanor as well as his willingness to take the time to thoroughly explain my options to resolve my issue the best of which wound up being a rather novel process called Criminal Mediation. He knows the law and the local Judges/DA's and I found his billing is very fair. I would unreservedly recommend John for handling any criminal issues you may have.

As the County Prosecutor I had the opportunity to work with John as opposing counsel on many matters including a felony trial. Although we were on opposite sides John was always gracious and pleasant to work with. He is competent and prepared for what he does in the court room. I would not hesitate to recommend him to a friend. His basic kindness shines through even in the worst of situations.
