We have been returning for 5+ years now and have been happy with the exceptional customer service. They are available year round with live personnel not automated answering services. I don't see us going to another tax service provider for years to come.

Aubrey is the best!. Very good with helping me with my tax questions. If she didn't know the answer she went above and beyond to figure it out. Got me the biggest refund I've had in two years.

I'm recently divorced and opted to file my taxes through a different company this year. I chose to go with Jackson Hewitt, located at the Mountain Home Walmart. Aubrey, was my tax service professional. She was very kind, courteous, and took the time to explain what was going on during the whole process. All that aside, she also exemplified what good customer service is like. She smiled during our exchanges, appeared genuinely concerned for what I needed, and thoroughly answered any questions I had. If you've never used a tax preparation service before, I highly recommend using Jackson Hewitt at the Mountain Home Walmart. Aubrey is the best. Thank you.
