Rude staff and I refuse to ever go back. Didnt answer any of my questions about my headaches. They all looked at me like I was crazy. Avoid this business!

If I could give this a 0 star I would. Dr Garland is a pretty good Doctor but his staff and I mean ALL his staff are rude and not caring or helpful in any way. They will eventually be the reason this office closes down. Also I don't think Dr Garland has a clue the way his office staff treats his patients or is just too nice to stop it by not wanting to cause waves. My son goes there for his seizures but not anymore. I refuse to be treated like that. They cancel appointments the day of or don't call at all. Dr Garland wrote a emotional support letter to my landlord so my son could have his dog there. My son's dog tells us by barking and by turning in circles that a seizure is coming. The office staff took it upon themselves to take that letter back because they were too lazy to fill out a form for my landlord. Dr. Garland.... get rid of your office staff or your business will fail!

Staff couldn’t be sweeter, they were able to get me in quickly, and Dr. Garland was great. He took the time to talk to me, review my concerns and ultimately give me a diagnosis! Love this office and all that work there!

Dr Garland is an amazing dr and was very patient and kind and understood my problems and helped me in a very knowledgeable way. BUT... his FRONT DESK LADYS are beyond rude and very unfriendly. I made an appointment gave them my ins card number and a few days later they called and said we canceled your appointment because you don't have ins..I explained to them yes I do I just spoke to my ins company. So I called my ins and they called their office and not even like 6 min after I get a phone call from the office saying that i do have ins but that I gave them a total different number and I DID NOT. I only have one number...andways after my appointment with Dr Garland when I told them I didn't owe a copay for my visit they explained I did and will pay it that day. I said no I won't and one of them stood up and said yes you will it says you owe it so we will collect it. I said excuse me while I call my ins... sure enough I handed the Bi!@% my phone and guess what??? I DIDN'T HAVE A COPAY. I told them I met my deductible and my out of pocket max and no longer had copays. But they were very rude and I put them in their place by calling my ins and handing them the phone. DR GARLAND is amazing and I would see him if I needed to but only if he gets rid of his front desk ladys. They are heartless and rude and have no sympathy for anyone who walks in and out those doors. Hope Dr Garlad will see this and find people who will care and become a better front desk teamnBecause he is losing patients because of them. TRUST ME
