I got right in without waiting in the front room and hardly waited in my exam room before I was seen. I saw P.A. Tyson Parker. He was clean, friendly, professional, and competent . He took time to listen to me, gave me adequate feedback and a clear plan to return to full health.nnI had all my kids with me. The staff was friendly and patient with my little crew. They had tokens for each kid to get a prize from the coin machines in the front entry. This was thrilling for them!nnThis was all over a good experience. I'll be visiting them again when I need to!

The best medical office in Idaho Falls. Appointments are always on time, and the entire staff is very professional and friendly. They will spend as much time as you need answering questions, and they always follow up.

First went to Family First Medical years ago. After several family doctor changes, we're back and here to stay. Always the more personable staff/doctors. They are willing to work with you and take care of all your needs. Even with insurance rubbish, they're in it for you and have your health as first priority.

My niece goes to Dr. Southwick and has her so doped up she can't even function. He's supposed to wing her off pain pills and hasn't even cut her mg's yet. She also has another Dr. that prescribes her different medications
