I was a student seeking a place to rent during the school year and was treated very poorly by Allen Ginsberg. I do not know if it was because of my age or my gender that I was treated so unprofessionally. Upon explaining my situation Allen said that I did not sound serious about my inquiries and then continued to tell me I would probably not be approved for the listing I was seeking. I have been saving for a little over a year now and not only was very serious but had enough savings for the years rent. When I contacted him again to tell him I had looked at the place myself (he didn't offer me a showing) and ask if I could come by his offices for an application he very abruptly told me he rented out the listing just an hour ago and hung up on me. Seeking help from another realtor I explained to her my experience with Allen and she was very unfazed whereas he has a reputation for such unprofessional behavior.

I would never do business with this person or recommend them to anyone. He has been sending cheesy mailers to a business that I know longer own and upon asking to be removed from the service I was hung up on and treated terribly. Do yourself available and don't support someone this annoying.
