Great team! I mostly worked with Justina Morris and she made every effort to help provide a smooth buying process. Justina would promptly return my calls if she was not at her desk and always went above and beyond to help me. If she did not have the information readily available she would get back to me with it quickly. Bobby was just a good!nnI hope they know what a valuable asset Justina and Bobby are to the team!nnHighly recommended!

I absolutely fell in love with a house that was an hour away from where my boyfriend and I live now. I had gotten a hold of Scott and told him we wanted to tour a house and we set up an appointment for that same day. When we got to the house there was no one there so we waited for about 30 minutes and still hadn’t heard back from him. Luckily the owners of the house being sold drove by and noticed he wasn’t there and talked to us, they were the sweetest people ever! They welcomed us into their home and let us look around because Scott hadn’t shown up. I contacted him 3 times in the time period of being at the house and still have not heard back from him. Last night we put an offer in for the house and have come to find that the house had already been sold. So not only did he completely waste our time for the appointment, he wasted the time it took to find another realtor and our time putting in an offer. A simple call or text would’ve solved this whole situation and if he was busy helping the people buying the house he could’ve easily let us know about it and we wouldn’t have wasted our time or gas. I’ve dealt with a handful or realtors and I’ve never really had a problem with any until now.

Working with the Lander team was a wonderful experience!! Every person that we dealt with there was truly a pleasure working with. From Billie Jo with showings, to Julie with making sure the closing process was as smooth as possible. Would highly recommend them for all your buying or selling needs!

The Lander team is clicking on all cylinders. Shelly Moon went above and beyond the call of duty in negotiating a great deal for us, saving us thousands of dollars. She's extremely knowledgeable of Mohave County and the Kingman area and listens carefully to what her clients want. I was also impressed with Transaction Coordinator Justina Morris who made the transaction super smooth.

We used the Scott Lander team to sell my step-father's home in Kingman. They were professional and helpful throughout the whole process, and they made selling a property long-distance (we live in the East) easy. I highly recommend them.
