My consultations with Tim have been very personalized and in depth for my current needs, I always feel very well taken care of! The yoga studio is great as well, the classes I have come to have always been tailored to my needs as well. My life has changed in the best ways ever since I first started learning about and practicing Ayurveda.

I discovered Wasatch Ayurveda and Yoga through ClassPass. At first I went to the Kundalini class on Sunday mornings with Paramatma, then started Kalari and Gentle Ashtanga with Tim Lewis. I love going to these classes as the teachers are understanding and provide individual attention. They also offer Ayurveda services which I'll be accessing soon. Thank you for being in Salt Lake City!
