Amazing staff. The best physical therapy team I’ve ever work with! Went in to see my specialist thinking I was ready to get a 2nd surgery for lower back and he referred me to Optimal Therapy (Paseo Verde). After 3 weeks, no back pain! The exercises have helped me tremendously and the staff is very accommodating. I can’t thank them enough!

I started coming to Dr. Spencer Ernest for dry needle when I moved here in October. He’s extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He has helped me many times. If you’ve never had dry needle, it’s a game changer and Dr Ernest is the man to see.

I was in a boatload of pain. When I first went to Optimal Physical Therapy, I was in such bad shape I had to lay down constantly because of my back. Riding in the car (someone else had to drive!) was very painful.nI wasn’t thrilled about having to do Physical therapy, but the pills didn’t really work. I was certain that surgery was my only real option.nnI couldn’t have been more wrong.nnSpencer and his team at Optimal dramatically changed the course of my pain treatment. He and the staff constantly worked closely with me to make sure I was doing OK. In the beginning, I had to rest my back 10 minutes between exercises. It was awful. The staff never rushed me, pushed me to do more than I should. When my pain was at my worst, they were at their best! There were constantly kind, helpful and caring. Step by step, day by day, I began to get better.nnToday I no longer need physical therapy, and I have crossed back surgery off my to-do list. I can run errands, cook, go to work, hang out with friends… I can enjoy my life again!nnI couldn’t recommend them any higher. They are awesome!
