I have done business with a couple of Sherwin Williams stores. This store has very poor customer support - per helping with color choices. Everyone is busy mixing paint and filling orders - which is where they shine with customer service...nI will say that after talking with management about my issue they were able to help me out with the right color. Now it's a race to get things painted (exterior) before the weather changes....

We dropped stain sample off 2 weeks ago to get matched. Checked on the sample a week later...... they were in the same spot we left it. We told them we had to have this done now.... called this morning a week later...... still not matched. 2 weeks, one sample + wood to test it on. Not happy

Paint is nice applies easy and looks great. The paint is horribly overpriced. Staff are annoying and not super helpful.
