My husband and I went in just to browse for a couch set. Ismael approached us with a relaxed and professional demeanor just to let us know he was there if and when we needed him. He was polite courteous and very knowledgeable about the product and discounts available to us. He was not pushy and actively listened to what we were looking for. He is a great asset to your company.

Tim was the person that we worked with, he was very professional and truly helped us.
