Had a wonderful shopping experience with Lia! She came to us when we walked in and brought us around the store and showed us lots of different examples of sofas. We didn't feel overwhelmed with the options and Lia was so patient and helpful in choosing. She made the purchasing process simple and quick! It was great talking to her and we really enjoyed our experience! Definitely will come back to work with Lia!

We visited several furniture stores in Albuquerque looking for a new living room set. Ashley Furniture was by far the most friendly, had the best selection and value for the money. We were very pleased working with Nathan, who answered all of our questions and steered us in the direction of what we were looking for in quality and style. I feel like the pieces we chose will hold up and last for a long time. I would happily recommend Ashley to anyone looking for home furnishings.

He will hook you up with the best deals.nnWhat I love is the friendly atmosphere of this place, you don't get that Car Salesman vibes- they'll give you the space you need, with some recommendations with whatever you are looking for. Right now they got all the industrial rustic theme furniture, etc. that we are looking for and it is just amazing! The deal that we were able to score IS UNBELIEVABLE!nnCan't wait to buy ALL the furniture with EDWIN RIOS. See ya next time, Man!

The salesman was ready and waiting when we got there. I let him know what we were looking for and he showed us 3 different sets of couches with rocking chairs. All very nice. He also told us we could mix and match anything we wanted. We settled on a very nice couch and a rocking chair (that is like the one we have now). We then wanted to look at foam mattresses and he showed us about 2 different types of mattresses. We had bought Ashley's brand before and loved it, but they do not sell it anymore. We did find a mattress that is a hybrid and are going to think about it for we have about 6 weeks till the couch and rocker arrives to include it in our order. The salesman name was James Jiron, a very nice, helpful man, he even tried every coupon I had on my phone to get us the best deal.

The styles and choices available were very impressive and prices with sales discount allowed us to purchase additional furniture that was unique to Ashley. Our Salesperson AlanaRae Garcia was a delightful upbeat person. She answered our questions, made suggestions and left us to discover what we did and did not like without hovering or being pushy like other salespeople we have had to deal with at other furniture stores. She also gave us her personal input on details on the furniture that she felt would be helpful to know. A great experience overall.
