Very friendly staff... excellent customer service!! ud83dudc4dud83dude0a They helped us with what we needed and they also have decent prices. Love going there for furniture. I told my family and friends about them too.

I will not go anywhere else the next time I’m looking for furniture. Raul was very helpful and there was no sales pressure. Plus the prices are amazing- we looked at no fewer than 4 other places and Country Dans had the same or similar pieces for so much less. Highly recommended!

At Country Dan’s Albuquerque Raul and his staff are A+ customer service. Buying a bed is an 8-year commitment and I absolutely hate doing it. Raul 1.5 years ago put up with me for over 2 hours. I just couldn’t decide and the staff was so patient. But! We found the Sealy Beauty Rest bed. I bought a full and a twin. Now I needed a queen. I didn’t even shop. I called Raul. He had me on file. And. I bought my queen at 4 pm and they delivered it the next day by 10 am. They didn’t fuss at me; just pure customer help! After this week, all I needed was a better bed and help. I cannot recommend Raul and Country Dan’s and their very nice staff/delivery on a higher scale! ud83dudcaf!! Thank you!

Raul was helpful, professional, and in no way pushy. He let us look around and talk alone when we needed to, but was always available to explain items or answer questions. He was also willing to work with us to give us even better deals than the advertised prices. In addition, we received delivery the very next day on both of our items, and the two delivery men were likewise professional, polite, and respectful. We have bought furniture at Country Dan's before, with the same positive experience, and we not only highly recommend shopping there, but will be doing so ourselves whenever we have a need for furniture.
