Employees helpful n informative but if needed to take computer classes had to go to Albuquerque though don't know why when there is plenty of space and most of clientele come in on shuttles n barely had money for shuttles. It's nice they are in a great location with the shuttle transfers n train station right there. Need to give people better access to classes. It'd be nice to have them in the building.

I was denied my workforce benefits for one week due to little to no communication from the staff. Had they done their job of ADVISING ME PROPERLY...there would have been no issues. No emails and phone backs were few and far between. Dont wait for them to get back to you unless you KNOW you need to wait. Get in their face and demand answers until you get what you need done. These advisors need to learn to advise.

As far as unemployment offices go, they're alright. They're not outstandingly in your face corrupt and blindingly stupid on top of it like Workforce Central Florida anyway. Those idiots in Florida sanctioned me for getting a job, and I don't feel like NM is that dumb.nnMr. Roybal is really good at what he does so if you talk to him you're in good hands.
