Rita the pharmacist is consistently rude ans goes out of her way to make every expierience poor. I have to get my prescription and needles for intra muscular njection and everytime she argues with me about how mamy i need and makes me feel like a druggy trying to illegally buy needles. I literally live a hundred yards from this Albertsons and now I'm going to do everything in my power not to go here because of the poor experience Rita gives me constantly Ps had to get mt doctor to prescribe the needles just to get them at the pharmacy
Rita and her staff are always polite and willing to help they are a class act Inappreciate them and highly recommend this Pharmacy!! Thank you all for the job that you do!
I have shopped at the Rio Rancho Albertsons pharmacy for over 3 years. Everyone is friendly and helpful except one pharmacist. She is rude and treats you like you are ignorant. There are too many other pharmacies and grocery stores to be treated like this.
This location has an extremely knowledgeable pharmacist and polite staff. Although this pharmacy didn't carry what I was looking for, they offered to order it for me and call me when it came in. I appreciate the extra mile they are willing to help.
Deli sucks. Inconsistent with item availability and the chicken at the counter is either really old and dry or there are still large feather quills attached. Come on people, take a little pride in your work. That's disgusting.
