Dr. Qaseem and all his staff have been so helpful and professional on my visits to his office. I’ve had a colonoscopy, endoscopy and some specialized scans and he is so knowledgeable. He is patient and answers all your questions and called me at home to check on me. Bother the office staff and all the Nurses and anesthesiologists were so excellent I just can’t say enough, I have appreciated them all through every step of this process.

Nice staff, but plan on waiting! If you have a 2:30 appt. Plan on it being 3:30. Always have waited at least an hour to be seen. Also, not very informative. They need better communicate with patient's and less waiting time!

Dr Qaseem seems to be a good caring doctor but there are issues. He got me in right away for a colonoscopy and endoscopy and a contrast scan of small colon. But it is 5 months out to get a follow up visit in the office. I've been extremely sick in risk of losing my job, and he would not fill out FMLA papers. He instead referred me to my primary. His nurse will call you back for medicine requests if you can get through to the office. Wait time to speak to a receptionist is 2 to 4 hours. The stress is unacceptable. Still waiting since December for my follow up apt.
