Bernalillo Magistrate Court

I had filed a small claim against a contractor and I lost because I had a medical emergency and the judge was so rude and said I should have mentioned that before we started. I will be filing a complaint and contacting the attorney general about this.

Had issues with a tenant. I filed a civil complaint and the clerks were very helpful in what needed to be done. I never had to go before the judge, not so far anyway, and am getting close to having the case end. Was a good experience for me.

I am a landlord that had to take my tenant to court a few times for non payment. The female judge that handled my case was the rudest most unprofessional judge I've dealt with. Not necessarily to me, but every case called before me she was awful. Hope I don't have to go back!

I saw other reviews complaining about the lack of service in the clerk's office at the Magistrate Court.nI found that the clerk's were very professional and patient with me.nIn a month, I'll review the judges.nUnfortunately the Judges did not match the professionalism of the clerks.nMy case was a civil suit against Gillette company.nMy judge was Richard L. Zanetti. In his bio, Judge Zanetti said that a judge need not be a lawyer to be a good judge, of which, Judge Zanetti is neither.
